COURSE 3 – VANILLA CAKE BAKING & FROSTING MASTERCLASS

In this masterclass, Jennifer will share with you the ‘Crabapple Principles’ to baking the most perfect Crabapple Vanilla Buttercake. The skills you acquire can be applied to most other cake baking. You will then be taken through the principles of making the light and fluffy Crabapple Vanilla Frosting. Get your aprons ready as you will be put to work to create the perfect 8” Birthday Layer Cake to take home and share.
