Since 2001 when Jennifer Graham created the Crabapple Cupcake Bakery, she has been the innovator of cupcake baking, design (featuring the famous Crabapple Signature Swirl) and displays, and since 2007 Jennifer has been teaching masterclasses in the art of greatcake baking and cupcake decorating. Jennifer also shared all her recipes and secrets in her Australian award winning book ‘The Crabapple Bakery Cupcake Cookbook’. In recent times Jennifer moved on from Crabapple Cupcakes to pursue her fulltime teaching and writing commitments.
